Setting the remaining amount of an invoice credit to 0 or another amount marks it as completed, for example if it was paid out or settled outside apron:pilot.

Users can no longer open old logbook entries of an aircraft that is no longer assigned to them. - Uploading a receipt for other costs later
A receipt for other costs can be replaced in a logbook entry even if no file had been uploaded before.
