Improved

  • INVOICING Longer recipient names on invoices
For manually created invoices to recipients without a user account, the “Recipient name” field now holds up to 70 instead of 35 characters, and long names wrap on the invoice.
  • INVOICING View stays at the actions after approving
After approving an invoice and other actions at the bottom of the page, the view no longer jumps back to the top.

Fixed

  • INVOICING E-mail sent when approving via bulk action
Invoices to recipients without a user account are now also sent by e-mail when approved via a bulk action from the payment run list.
  • INVOICING “Mark as paid” with deleted logbook flights
The dialog now also works when a flight on the invoice has since been deleted from the logbook.
  • INVOICING Recipient name on approved invoices
Approved invoices now respect the recipient’s setting not to add their name to the invoice address.
  • No reverse-charge note for Austrian customers
apron:pilot subscription invoices to Austrian customers no longer show a reverse-charge note, and the tax status is recalculated when the country is changed.
  • Correct file attachments in lists
In lists with file attachments such as NOTAMs, admin infos or defect management, the files are now always loaded with the right row.
  • Invalid logbook links
Malformed logbook links now show “page not found” instead of a server error.
  • Empty notification list in the reservation settings
The list of notification e-mail addresses can now be saved empty.
