How does the 30-day trial work?
You choose a plan and term (monthly or yearly; Invoicing Basic and Advanced monthly only) and enter your payment details. The first 30 days are free. Unless you cancel, the trial continues as the plan you chose.
Are there hidden costs?
No. You only pay for your plan and – if used – the invoicing module including any additional invoices.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time in your account settings – between plans as well as between monthly and yearly billing. Upgrades are billed pro rata via our payment provider Stripe – you only pay the difference for the remaining term.
What happens if we exceed the limits?
The administrator is notified. New users or aircraft can only be added after an upgrade.
Is VAT charged?
No. apron:pilot Aviation Software e.U. is a small business under § 6 (1) 27 Austrian VAT Act; prices are final.
