Training: your entire flight training, digital

Syllabi, student files and courses for flight schools and clubs – right in apron:pilot, where bookings and the logbook already run.

The training module is in development and will be released in 2027 as an add-on. Before that, we are testing it with administrators from real operations.

Planned

What the training module will do

Training courses from EASA templates

Ready-made syllabi for PPL(A), LAPL(A), Night Rating(A), aerobatics, and sailplane and banner towing – build your own training courses alongside them.

Digital student file

Assessment of every flight exercise, minimum flight times and progress – up to date after every entry.

Debriefing straight from the logbook

Log a training flight and debrief it in one step, with no double entry.

Courses with sessions

Plan theory courses, participants accept or decline online, and completing a session ticks off the theory in the student file.

Instructor status

All your instructors’ ratings at a glance – training flights with an expired rating are caught at booking.

Functions and permissions for your school

Flight students, instructors, examiners and training admins see exactly what they need – no admin rights required.

Overview & statistics

Who is in training, completions, flight hours and training duration at a glance.

Export & archive

Every student file as a PDF, archived automatically by email if you like.

More EASA syllabi as training course templates and further features will follow in later stages.

Who it is for

For organisations that train their own pilots

Training organisations (DTOs)

EASA declared training organisations that have to document their training under Part-FCL.

Flying clubs

Clubs with their own training, where instructors, students and the fleet come together.

Charter operators

Charter operators with an affiliated flight school that run training and rental in one place.

Help shape the training module

We are looking for administrators to test the module before release.
