New

  • INVOICING Downloading cancelled invoices
Under “Cancel history”, the cancelled invoice can be downloaded as a PDF with a watermark showing the cancellation and its date.
  • INVOICING Marking sending errors as resolved
If an invoice was handled outside apron:pilot after a sending error, the error can be set to “resolved” and the “faulty” marking removed.
  • PREMIUM Deactivating the logbook per aircraft
The logbook can be deactivated for an aircraft, which also turns off the warning about missing logbook entries. If no aircraft in a group uses the logbook, the “Logbook” menu item is hidden.

Improved

  • E-mails without waiting time
E-mails and other automatic tasks now run almost immediately.
  • Longer names for pilots and other payers
The field for the names of pilots and other payers in the logbook now holds twice as many characters, 70 in total.

Fixed

  • INVOICING Other payer names with umlauts
If the name of an other payer contains Ä, Ö or Ü, their flights are found again and no empty invoices are created.
  • Correct day names in the calendar
The calendar again shows the correct day names above the reservations on devices whose week starts on Monday.
  • Total times on mobile devices
The total flight time and total block time in the logbook are shown on mobile devices again.
  • Messages in “Manage missing entries”
When updating logbook entries and assigning reservations via “Manage missing entries”, the correct success and error messages are shown again.
  • “My flights” without an assigned aircraft
Past flights load without an error even if no aircraft is assigned.
  • Internal messenger loads reliably
The internal messenger also loads if a message was deleted or a user is no longer available.
