New
- INVOICING Credits per aircraft or invoice item
Invoice credits apply either to a specific aircraft or only to custom cost items. Several credits with different prices are possible and linked to a validity date. - INVOICING Remaining credit on the invoice
Every invoice shows the remaining credit below the cost table. - INVOICING Quantity for custom invoice items
From the Advanced plan, custom invoice items have a quantity, for example for landing fees, and the price is calculated automatically. - INVOICING Custom invoice design
On the Business plan, the colours and items of the invoice PDF can be adapted with a preview and the footer columns customised, and the apron:pilot notice is removed. From the Advanced plan, colour placeholders colour text. - INVOICING Position of the currency symbol
The currency symbol on invoices is shown either before or after the amount. - Notification about new and updated NOTAM
Users are notified about new and updated NOTAM, and the entries are highlighted until they have been read. Administrators see who created and updated an entry and how many users have seen it. - Open defects at a glance
With defect management activated, the dashboard and aircraft lists show the number of open defects, and a click leads straight to them.
Improved
- INVOICING New placeholders and revised PDF
New placeholders allow underlined and italic text, and the invoice PDF shows the page number in a smaller font below the footer. - INVOICING Replies to invoices go to the group
Invoice e-mails use the group’s name and address as sender, so replies go directly to the group. - INVOICING File names without timestamp
Invoice PDFs no longer have a timestamp in the file name; this applies to invoices from version 1.1.5. - Redesigned aircraft status on the dashboard
The aircraft status shows the aircraft’s picture, and today’s reservations are clearer on small screens. - New icons and colours for NOTAM
NOTAM offer over 20 icons and 8 colours to choose from; pinned entries need none. - Clearer markings in the calendar
Your own reservations have a yellow border with a triangle instead of green colouring, grounded ones are striped red, and the current-time line is thicker. - Arrows in the time input swapped
In the time input of the calendar and logbook, the down arrow is now on the left and the up arrow on the right. - Period of the iCal subscription
The iCal subscription delivers reservations from two weeks ago to twelve weeks ahead, which reduces the load on the server and calendar apps. - Mandatory fields visible right away
If there is a mandatory custom field, the “Additional info” section opens automatically when making a reservation. - Seven entries per page in the logbook
The logbook can show seven entries per page, like some paper logbooks. - Aircraft lists on small screens
On tablets and smartphones, the aircraft lists no longer need horizontal scrolling.
Fixed
- German error pages
Error pages are translated into German in all cases. - Logbook link for today’s reservations
The logbook link appears 30 minutes before the reservation starts and only as long as no logbook entry is linked. - Remark and flight time in the iCal subscription
The iCal subscription reliably shows the reservation’s remark and now also includes the estimated flight time. - Other groups’ reservations in the iCal subscription
The personal iCal subscription no longer includes reservations from other groups. - Sorting of NOTAM
Pinned NOTAM come first, then valid ones and finally expired ones in grey, each with the newest first. - Timestamps for users
A user’s last login and creation and update times are displayed correctly.
