New
- INVOICING Invoicing notes for a flight
Pilots can enter notes for invoicing in the logbook, such as invoicing or contact details of a non-user. They appear below the flight in the electronic invoice. - INVOICING Cancelling invoices
From Advanced, invoices that have been sent and completed can be cancelled and processed again in a new payment run. The recipient can be notified by e-mail, and the cancellation remains traceable in the history. - INVOICING Linked invoices, delivery status and tax rate per user
On the Business plan only, invoices can be linked via their invoice number and a separate tax rate can be stored for each user, for example for companies without tax. Invoice details and lists also show whether an invoice e-mail was delivered or failed. - INVOICING Reminder fees
On the Business plan only, a new invoice with reminder fees can be triggered for an overdue invoice. The rules, as a fixed amount or percentage depending on the days overdue, are set in a separate settings tab. - INVOICING Own reply-to address for invoice e-mails
A reply-to address and a name for invoicing matters can be set in the settings, so recipients can reply directly to the invoice e-mail. Both are also available as placeholders in the PDF. - INVOICING Automatic invoice reminders
On the Business plan only, apron:pilot automatically reminds recipients of due invoices every 7, 14, 21 or 30 days, optionally with a custom message. When resending manually, a note shows when the next automatic reminder will follow. - PREMIUM Internal messenger
All users can communicate with each other, administrators and power users via an integrated messenger. With AnonyMode active, regular users only see the visible recipients. - PREMIUM “My statistics” and “My flights”
Under “My statistics”, pilots analyse their flights, flight times, landings and reservation times in charts and tables, and under “My flights” they see and filter their own flights. - PREMIUM Custom thresholds for maintenance warnings
You can set how many hours before the next maintenance the notice and the warning appear (default 20 and 5 hours), also differently for each aircraft. - PREMIUM Aircraft statistics
Administrators analyse flight hours, reservation times and more per aircraft with predefined filters, charts and KPIs and export the results as a table or PDF. - Contact form with choice of recipient
In the contact form you choose whether your message goes to the group administrators, the person responsible for billing matters or apron:pilot support. - Administrator link for the iCal subscription
Administrators can subscribe to a special iCal link that shows all reservations with all data, even with AnonyMode active. - Block time as a separate counter
Block time can be enabled as an additional counter per aircraft. It then becomes a mandatory input in the logbook and can be used for invoicing. - “Not airworthy” status
An aircraft can be marked as “Not airworthy” without being in maintenance. It remains visible to all pilots and can still be used for reservations and logbook entries.
Improved
- INVOICING Payment runs, invoice credits and invoicing settings
Payment runs show the total of all invoices, the price of an invoice credit can be changed even while it is in use, and empty invoices can no longer be released. The settings are split into the tabs “Invoicing – General” and “Invoicing – PDF”. - Customising logbook columns per aircraft
Administrators can hide individual columns of the logbook overview per aircraft and show cumulative values for flight time, block time and landings per row, making it easy to compare with the paper logbook. - More details, filters and mandatory fields in the logbook
Entries show who created and last updated them and when, flights can be filtered by refuelling, and the export lists pilots’ first and last names in separate columns. “Persons on board” can be made mandatory, and the default fuel per aircraft is set by drag & drop. - Faster with large logbooks
Logbooks with several thousand flights load noticeably faster, and saving on the account page is quicker too. - Restricting notifications per aircraft
Notifications about reservations, reservation requests and new defects can be restricted to certain aircraft for each user. The profile shows administrators and power users which notifications they receive. - VAT ID check when subscribing
When subscribing to PREMIUM or invoicing, the VAT ID is synced with Stripe, and an icon shows the status of the verification. - Business hours in 15-minute steps
The calendar’s business hours can be set to the quarter hour, for example 06:15 to 18:30. - Assigning pilots individually
Pilots can be assigned individually in the aircraft details. The list shows whether a pilot is blocked and until when their internal check flight is valid. - Filtering the defect list by status
An aircraft’s defect list can be filtered by status, and the defects overview is available directly instead of via “Options”.
Fixed
- INVOICING Selecting flights across several pages
When creating a payment run or adding flights to one, the selection is kept when switching pages, so all flights can really be selected. - INVOICING Custom fields in the flight details
The flight details of an invoice show all custom fields again, and RADIO and CHECK fields without special characters. - Message when storage is full
All forms now report when the storage space for documents and files is exceeded or insufficient. - Flickering with the “System” appearance
With the “System” appearance, the screen no longer flickers. - Logging out on a smartphone
Logging out on a smartphone no longer shows an error page. - Translations in defect e-mails
E-mails about new defects and status changes no longer contain incorrectly translated passages.
