Besides credit card, the subscription can be paid by SEPA direct debit, handled by the payment service provider Stripe. - INVOICING Resending invoices
Invoices can be resent by e-mail directly from the digital invoice, even after processing as a reminder. - Customisable ratings
Administrators create their own ratings, for all pilots (such as medical), only for specific pilots (such as flight instructor) or per aircraft (such as SEP or MEP). apron:pilot checks their validity, and an aircraft’s ratings are required to book it. - Homebase per aircraft
A homebase can be stored for each aircraft and is shown in the aircraft status on the dashboard. - Defect management
Pilots record defects with photos or files and comment on them; defect administrators are notified automatically and manage them, including in an overview with export. The feature is activated in the settings. - Airworthiness review validity
The expiry date of the airworthiness review certificate can be stored in the aircraft’s “Maintenance” tab. Pilots see it on the dashboard and the information page when it is about to expire. - Reason for deleting reservations
Administrators can require a reason when a reservation is deleted and add a notice text for the confirmation. - Viewing deleted reservations
Administrators see a list of all deleted reservations in the calendar, with time, deleting user and, if given, the reason. - Correcting own logbook entries for 48 hours
Pilots can change their own logbook entries for up to 48 hours after creation, even if it is not the aircraft’s last flight. - Rating overview
An overview shows all users with their ratings and validity dates; it can be filtered, exported as PDF or spreadsheet and edited directly. Ratings and the internal check flight per aircraft can also be imported.

Buttons, colours and popups have a more modern and consistent design, and the mobile view has been improved. - Labels in forms
Administrators and power users also see users’ labels in forms, for example in payment runs, invoicing and the logbook. - Comment for grounded aircraft
If an aircraft is grounded, the reservation shows the comment directly in the calendar. - Redesigned logbook with totals per page
The logbook shows totals per page, is readable on smartphones without horizontal scrolling and can be filtered and sorted by more columns. The export also takes the text search into account. - Start value for the additional counter
A start value can be set for an aircraft’s additional counter. - Separate tab for notifications
The user details have a separate tab for notifications, which now also holds the setting for reservation requests.
Fixed
- INVOICING Payment run without invoices
Payment runs without invoices can no longer be approved. - INVOICING PDF link for processed invoices
The digital invoice shows the PDF link for processed and paid invoices too. - Estimated flight time of other pilots’ reservations
The estimated flight time field is read-only for reservations of other pilots. - Maintenance forecast for ongoing reservations
The forecast also considers the estimated flight time of multi-day reservations that have already started. - User import for power users
Power users can now use the user import as well. - Sorting of NOTAM
NOTAM are sorted correctly with certain date formats too. - Deleting NOTAM files
Deleted NOTAM files are removed from storage in all cases.
