When enabled, regular users only create a request for selected aircraft, which administrators or power users approve or decline in the calendar or a separate menu. The pilot is informed of the outcome by e-mail, and who is notified of new requests can be set per user. - Second pilot for reservations and flights
Reservations and logbook entries can have a second pilot, either a user or just a name, such as the flight instructor. Both see the reservation as their own, including in the iCal link, and with the invoicing module you choose who pays for the flight. - Business hours in the calendar
Administrators set business hours, and outside of them the week view is shaded grey. - Calendar colour per aircraft
Each aircraft can have its own colour, used for its reservations in the calendar and the tables on its information page. - Default calendar view
In the profile, each user chooses whether the calendar opens in week, month, list week or year view. - Searching and filtering the logbook

The salutation on invoices is fully configurable, with new placeholders for first and last name, for example formal or informal. - INVOICING Date for custom invoice items

The invoice PDF has a more stable layout, the page number is at the bottom, light grey fold marks make folding easier, and the footer has room for five lines. - INVOICING At most 70 invoices per payment run
A payment run contains at most 70 invoices to keep the system fast and avoid lost e-mails. - Longer file names in file links
File links on the NOTAM and aircraft pages show more of the file name and, for long names, the file type. - Faster logbook, invoices and weather
The logbook, payment runs and invoices load noticeably faster, especially with many entries, as does the METAR/TAF widget on the dashboard. - Better calendar view on tablets
Reservations are displayed more consistently, especially on tablets, and show the relevant information better. - Calling phone numbers directly
In the reservation details and the member list, phone and mobile numbers are links that can be dialled directly on a smartphone. - Automatic selection with only one aircraft
If there is only one aircraft, the calendar filters for it automatically, and the logbook opens directly. - Settings in one place
The settings for rating checks, invoices and refunds have moved from the account page to the settings. The account now only holds the account information and the invoicing module subscription.

Clicking the login button several times no longer leads to a “page expired” message. - Special characters in the password reset
The password reset now also accepts special characters that were rejected before. - Menu on iPhone and iPad
Main menu entries open with a single tap instead of two on iOS devices. - Remarks on reservations
In certain situations no remark could be entered for a reservation; this has been fixed. - Time check for multi-day reservations
The time check when changing reservations spanning several days works correctly. - User import with several users
The user import creates all users in a file again instead of only one. - Minor fixes throughout the application
Many small bugs throughout the application have been fixed.
