From the aircraft logbook to yours: which software do you use?
Entering every flight twice, in the aircraft logbook and in your own? We are working on an integration with CloudLog, looking for testers and asking which logbook software you use.

If you keep your personal logbook electronically, you probably enter every flight twice: once in the aircraft’s logbook in apron:pilot and once more in your own. We want to change that. CloudLog comes first, and before we decide what follows, we would like to know what you use.
The first step: an integration with CloudLog

We are working on an integration between apron:pilot and CloudLog. You connect your CloudLog account to apron:pilot once, and from then on the flights you enter in the aircraft logbook show up in your personal logbook automatically, without any retyping. First talks with CloudLog are already under way.
Looking for testers
You fly with apron:pilot and keep your logbook in CloudLog? Then help us test the integration from the very start. Send me a short email to contact@apron-pilot.com by 30 November 2026 with:
- your name and organisation (club, flight school or aircraft rental),
- your role (pilot, flight instructor or student pilot),
- since when you have been using CloudLog.
I will get back to everyone personally.
Survey: which integration should come next?
CloudLog is only the beginning. Pilots keep their logbooks in capzlog, ForeFlight, LogTen, myFlightbook, Safelog, a spreadsheet of their own or simply on paper. We would rather ask than guess which integration helps most next:
- Which software do you keep your logbook in?
- Which integration would matter most to you?
- How do your flights get into your logbook today?
- Would you retrieve your flights from apron:pilot through a dedicated interface (API), for example for your own analyses or Excel?
That is the whole survey. It takes less than two minutes, is anonymous and runs until 30 November 2026. If you only keep a paper logbook, your answer helps us too. Because the survey is anonymous, signing up as a tester only works by email.
Four questions, less than two minutes
Tell us how you keep your logbook and help decide which integration comes next.
