The first minor update of the year will be released on April 30, 2026, as usual in the evening between 7:00 and 9:00 PM UTC. Update 1.4.1 will include a few new features and bug fixes, with a primary focus on updating the tech stack and laying the groundwork for upcoming features 😉 – Here are the details:
General
- Added a password-reveal eye-icon on the login pages to switch to readable password
- Technical updated of all components, packages, frameworks and third party modules that are used throughout the application. This ensures high security standards as well as best practice during development and implementation and keeps system performance on best possible level.
- Fixed: error pages (e.g. page not found) now only include dashboard button, if user is logged in
Digital Logbook
- Administrators can now deactivate the pilot names in the logbook for privacy reasons. Enabling this will show a greyed out pilot name in the logbook. Only the flights of the logged in user are visible with the name. When adding a new flight or editing an existing one, users will not be able to select other pilots as they are private
- Fixed: When opening the details, the selected number of items, the selected page, or filters for pilots, dates, etc., were lost. This has now been fixed.
- Fixed: Pax value not included in logbook export file
- Fixed: Optional radio button custom fields would incorrectly show the first option as selected when no value was stored
Calendar
- The buttons for week, month, list and year view have been rearranged in a more intuitive way
- The year view is now using a stacked month list, that can be scrolled. The list view has been adapted and always lists all events of the current year. Navigation through the years is possible through the years, as before.
- Dark mode colors have been slightly adjusted in the calendar
- Fixed: Performance improvements added when using emergency contacts
Invoicing module
- Fixed: Wrong number would be used when creating invoices for the previous year and using the “old” consecutive number; it would not be overridden despite configured
Settings
- Fixed: Saving or emptying the notification list for defects was not working
Administrator – Aircraft
- PREMIUM ONLY: Administrators can now deactivate the pilot names in the logbook for privacy reasons. Enabling this will show a greyed out pilot name in the logbook. Only the flights of the logged in user are visible with the name. When adding a new flight or editing an existing one, users will not be able to select other pilots as they are private
Administrator – Users
- Fixed: Various symbols were missing from the PDF of user activities.
- Fixed: When users saved tags longer than 35 characters, a 500 error occurred due to an invalid validation rule. This has been fixed, and the maximum length of tags has been increased to 50 characters.
