We have planned a new update to version 1.3.2 for June 5, 2025 between 19 – 20Z. It will mainly contain bug fixes, but also new features! The downtime will not be long, but the system will be unavailable for a short time.
Here are the details:
General
- The technical process of handling scheduled tasks such as e-mails has been adapted, so that e-mails and other automatic tasks are now run almost immediately without a waiting time
Reservation calendar
- Fixed: in some cases where a device was using a timezone with first day of the week being Monday, it occured in the calendar that the heading of the days was mixed up and showed correct events but wrong day names
Digital Logbook
- The length of the field for names of pilots and other payer has been doubled to 70
- Fixed: the total flight time and total block time was not showing on mobile devices in some situations
- Fixed: an old function was preventing correct error / success messages when updating logbook entries and assigning corresponding reservations via the “Manage missing entries” feature
My flights
- Fixed: loading of the history component resulted in an error when no aircraft was assigned
Billing Module
- Canceled invoices are now downloadable under “Cancel history”. The canceled invoice will be the previous PDF with a watermark saying “Canceled” and the date, making it also clear in the application
- E-mail sending errors can now also be set to “resolved” and the “faulty” marking removed, in case invoices are handled further outside of the system in case of sending errors
- Fixed: When using German Umlaute (Ü, Ö or Ä) in the other payer name field it could sometimes create empty invoices because it couldn’t find the flights by name
Internal Messenger
- Fixed: in some cases when a message was deleted or the user was not available the internal messenger would give an error and not load
Administration Aircraft
- PREMIUM ONLY: It is now possible to deactivate the logbook for an aircraft, which also disables logbook entry missing warning for reservations. If all aircraft of a group have the logbook disabled, the menu item “Logbook” in the main menu is also hidden and not accessible for any user
