New version 1.4.0 on December 28th, 2025

To kick off the new year, we will be deploying a new version on the evening of December 28, 2025. Version 1.4.0 will include new features and bug fixes.

Here are the details:

General

– The icons of buttons, e.g. for opening details, have been partially replaced or redesigned throughout the application

Calendar

– For power users and administrators a little icon is shown in the reservation details for if emergency contacts are stored for the person, to make them easily accessible

– If administrators or power users make a change for a reservation in regards to the starting or end time, the selected aircraft, the remarks field, the type of flight field or assign a different pilot or second pilot, an automated message is sent via e-mail to the relevant user sof the reservation (pilot & second pilot, as well as the updated users). This adds to the already existing notification, if a reservation is deleted by the administrator or power user.

Digital logbook

– When adding or editing a flight, you are now required to indicate whether the landing fees for the flight have already been paid, depending on the configuration of the aircraft. This information is displayed in the logbook overview and in the details. For “old flights” (i.e., flights prior to this update), the payment status for landing fees is displayed as “unknown.” If configured, this check mark also has an effect on billing (see Settings – Billing).

Statistics

– PREMIUM ONLY: Administrators and power users now have access to general statistics covering all users and aircraft, in addition to individual pilot and aircraft statistics. There is a new menu item called “Statistics” which, similar to personal or aircraft statistics, can be used to generate various evaluations across all pilots and aircraft. This data can be exported as XLSX and PDF files.

My profile

– Emergency contacts can stored which can be accessed by the administrator in the calendar or via the users administration

Invoicing module

– For each flight a comment can now be added in the electronic invoice which is then also shown in the PDF below the corresponding flight with the “remark” text

– When marking invoices as “paid,” a check is performed to see whether the linked flights have a check mark next to “Landing fee paid,” if required by the aircraft configuration. If necessary, when marking the invoice as “paid,” a new pop-up window will appear where the landing fees for the selected flights can be marked as paid in the system in a single step.

Settings – Invoicing

– ADVANCED OR BUSINESS INVOICE MODULE ONLY: The configuration of user-defined invoice items has been extended so that they can now be configured directly via a mask in the user interface rather than in a text field. In addition, it is now possible to make a restriction on flight types, which now makes it possible to map different landing fees for school flights and other flights for automatic landing fees

– ADVANCED OR BUSINESS INVOICE MODULE ONLY: Automatic landing fees can now also be added manually when editing an invoice

– ADVANCED OR BUSINESS INVOICE MODULE ONLY: For user-defined invoice items that are created automatically, it is now possible to specify that they should only be triggered if the landing fees for a flight have not yet been paid. To do this, the checkbox for mandatory entry of landing fees must be activated for the aircraft in question.

– ADVANCED OR BUSINESS BILLING MODULE ONLY: For separate billing addresses, you can now specify in the user details whether the first and last name should be used in the address or not (default: name is displayed). This means that invoices can now be anonymized or addressed to a general location, e.g., a company. Placeholders have also been added for this purpose.

– ADVANCED OR BUSINESS BILLING MODULE ONLY: New placeholders for a general salutation (“Dear Sir or Madam”) have been added, as well as a check to see whether the private address or a separate billing address is used, with or without the recipient’s name. This allows for even better control of the salutation and also allows invoices to companies to be “depersonalized.”

Administration – Aircraft

– PREMIUM ONLY: For an aircraft, you can specify whether or not it is mandatory to enter the payment status for landing fees in the logbook when entering/editing a flight. This can also be taken into account in billing (see Settings – Invoicing).

Administrator – Users

– The overview table with all users has been redesigned and now also shows the user’s last flight, as well as the information in a more compact form in the first column.

– The overview table with all users has been redesigned and now also shows the user’s last flight, as well as the information in a more compact form in the first column.

– A new tab call “Emergency Contacts” was introduced where administrators and power users can review all the emergency contacts of a pilot in the order given by the user

– The table of all users now has a new column “Last Flight” which shows the date of the last flight, including the aircraft registration

– PREMIUM ONLY: Users can now download and further process an evaluation of users via OPTIONS > Activity Report PDF or Activity Report EXCEL. This contains a list of users, their status, labels, assigned aircraft, last login, and a list of the last 5 flights in the last 6 months.

– In the user details page, on the left side, the latest three flights entered in the digital logbook within the last 90 days for each assigned aircraft are now shown

– Fixed: Issues with sorting in the users table for the date column “Last Login”
